There are three courses to choose from: AI Crash Course (₹999 + GST) — 5 live online sessions over 1 week; perfect if you want a fast, practical introduction to AI tools. AI Professional Program (₹5,999 + GST) — 3 months in-person in Bhavnagar, 3 days a week; for those who want deep, job-ready AI skills and a project portfolio. Weekend Course — AI for Teachers & Professionals (₹3,999 + GST) — 3 months fully online on Saturdays & Sundays; designed for teachers, government employees, and working professionals who cannot attend weekday sessions.

The AI for Teachers & Professionals Weekend Course is fully online. Live sessions are held via Zoom or Google Meet on Saturdays and Sundays over 3 months. This makes it accessible for learners anywhere in India who cannot travel to Bhavnagar.

Yes. The AI Crash Course and the Weekend Course are both fully online and open to learners across India. The AI Professional Program involves in-person sessions at our Bhavnagar centre. If you are based outside Gujarat, either of the online courses is the ideal starting point.

Depending on the course, you'll learn ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Google AI Studio, Suno AI, Gamma, n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, Notion AI, and Perplexity. All real, industry-used tools — no toy demos.

TICL Academy teaches in vernacular languages. Sessions are currently conducted in Gujarati with English terminology where needed — so learners understand concepts in their mother tongue and can apply them confidently. Study materials are provided in both Gujarati and English.

TICL Academy courses are for students (Class 10 and above), school and college teachers, working professionals, business owners, homemakers, and government employees — anyone who wants to use AI tools in their daily life or career without any technical background.

A smartphone or laptop and a basic internet connection are enough. For online sessions (AI Crash Course and Weekend Course), you'll also need Zoom or Google Meet. For in-person sessions in Bhavnagar, just bring yourself — computers are available, or you can bring your own laptop.

Yes — PDF notes for every session in both Gujarati and English, hands-on project work, and access to a dedicated WhatsApp batch group throughout the course. All students receive a TICL Academy completion certificate. The AI Professional Program additionally includes portfolio building sessions.

We update course content regularly as new tools emerge. More importantly, students learn transferable skills — how to prompt effectively, design AI workflows, and evaluate new tools critically — not just how to use one specific product. These skills stay relevant as AI evolves.

All course fees include live instruction, PDF study notes, hands-on project work, WhatsApp batch group access, and a TICL Academy completion certificate. The AI Professional Program also includes portfolio building and career guidance sessions.

We use Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway. You can pay via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or EMI. All payments are secured with bank-level encryption. A receipt is generated automatically after payment.

Yes — EMI is available via Razorpay for eligible debit and credit cards. The option appears at the payment screen. For the 3-month programs, you can also WhatsApp us to discuss instalment arrangements directly.

We offer a full refund if you request it before the second session of any course. After that, we can offer a credit transfer to another course or a future batch. Contact us on WhatsApp to raise a refund request.

Yes. As a registered training institute, 18% GST applies on all course fees. Prices shown are base fees; GST is added at checkout. A GST invoice is available on request for input tax credit.

Yes — in-person batches are capped at 15 students to ensure personalised attention. Online batches go up to 25. New batches start every month, so we recommend enrolling early as spots fill quickly.

Session notes are shared on the WhatsApp batch group after every class. Recordings are shared for online sessions where possible. If you miss multiple sessions, reach out on WhatsApp and we'll help you catch up or move you to the next batch.
